McCullough Gulch

A few cups of coffee, pumpkin pancakes and eggs fueled a mid-morning 4+ mile run on the Boreas Pass Road. Afterwards, Tara and I re-packed for a simpler hike up McCullough Gulch. Wildflowers were barely out and a lot of snow remained to melt.

Still, White Falls was beautiful as always and we hiked to the lake above, excited for the alpine views.

The lake was its usually windy self, so we headed back down the trail to cook and grill the plunder from a visit to the Breckenridge Farmer’s Market.
